We do not charge our customers up front for any cleaning service. When you book your appointment online, we will hold a credit card on file to guarantee your appointment date and time. We will only charge you for services on the day of the cleaning.

All appointments require a credit card on file regardless of the final form of payment. If you’d like to pay by cash during your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment that you would like to pay cash on arrival. Please note that we do not accept checks unless you are a recurring Mama Lyons customer or a business customer paying with a business check..

Yes you are able to cancel your appointment at any time after booking. Please note that appointments canceled within 3 days of the start of the appointment will incur a $50 cancelation fee. You can avoid the cancelation fee by rebooking your appointment for a future date.

We offer services in Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Georgetown, Rincon and more. If your home (or office) is within a 20 mile radius of Savannah, we can clean for you!
